Daylite 4.3.6 appeared today with one new enhancement and a handful of changes under the hood.

Seven new instant messaging types were added to contacts, including Google Talk and Chinese microblogging services Sina Weibo and Tencent Weibo. The type list still isn’t alphabetized and cannot be user-customized, which is sure to annoy some users.

However, changes to Daylite Server will relieve some annoyances with CardDAV, particularly where labels could be changed after a sync and some fields not previously supported by Daylite would be deleted. And Daylite Mail Assistant has been updated for use with OS X 10.9.2.
