Why Can't I Accept An Invite?

Yesterday I was setting up a client with Daylite and she couldn’t accept—using DMA—the invitation I sent to her. When DMA sees an invite, it should show Decline and Accept buttons. However, the client had neglected to included her email address on her Person card; as a result, DMA had no way of connecting her (as the recipient of the email) to the invitation.

As soon as we added her email address to the card, DMA showed the buttons.
